Class Action Senior Associate or Counsel (Labor & Employment)
Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a highly motivated senior associate or senior counsel to join its dynamic and growing Class Action group. This position can be based in the following offices: Chicago, Houston, Philadelphia, Dallas, Atlanta, or Austin. Please note that this firm offers a hybrid work environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $350,000+ (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation and a desire to handle cutting edge class action work
- Experience in defending class action lawsuits, such as employment discrimination, workplace privacy, EEOC/DOL, wage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy, products liability, or consumer fraud
- Excellent research and writing skills
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state
